We provide pricing for deck projects free of charge, if you would like a project custom designed for you , we

require that you provide us a budget to work within as it is impossible to design without a budget in mind.

 For our typical projects there is not a design fee, however more complex designs may require a fee. To be clear we primarily design and build our own projects and the design fee is built into the cost of the project, we are willing to just sell designs and naturally there would be a fee involved in that case. 

Due to COVID and several additional factors we now work through all designs and pricing via email. Once we discuss the design and pricing we then schedule a showroom appointment to go over all of the details as well as the potential options.
